These terms apply to bookings made with Andy Bond (“Andy”, “we”) trading as 123 Supply Teaching, by schools, nurseries and other early years settings (“you”). By confirming a booking you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed when you complete the online booking form and receive a confirmation email. The days you book are reserved for you and removed from the public calendar.
2. The service
Andy provides early years supply cover for the dates booked, during your normal session or school day. Please give details of start and finish times, the room or class, and who Andy should report to when booking. You remain responsible for the children in your care and for your setting’s policies, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures, which Andy will follow.
3. Prices
Prices are per day and shown on the rates page and before you confirm. Block rates apply to the number of days in a single booking. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you pay.
4. Invoices and payment
An invoice is emailed when you book. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, online by card (where offered) or by bank transfer quoting the invoice reference. For late payment we may claim interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Changes and cancellations by you
Please contact Andy as early as possible if you need to change or cancel. Cancellations made with at least 2 working days’ notice are free of charge and the invoice will be cancelled or refunded. Cancellations with less notice may be charged at the full day rate for the affected days.
6. Cancellations by Andy
If Andy is unable to attend (for example through illness), he will tell you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for that day. Any payment already made for that day will be refunded. Andy’s liability is limited to the price of the affected days.
7. Your information
We use your details to manage bookings and invoices, as explained in the privacy notice.
