This notice explains how Andy Bond, trading as 123 Supply Teaching, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 7JQ, uses personal information collected through this website. Andy is the data controller. Contact: hello@123supplyteaching.co.uk.
What we collect
- Bookings: your setting’s name and address, the contact’s name, email and phone number, PO number, finance email, the dates booked and any notes you add.
- Payments: if you pay online by card, the payment is handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store full card details.
- Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), setting and message. These are emailed to Andy and not stored on the website.
- Technical data: our host and security software process IP addresses to protect the site from attack.
Why we use it
To take and manage bookings, send confirmations and invoices, answer enquiries and keep business records. The legal bases are performing a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running the business and keeping the site secure, and legal obligations such as keeping tax records.
How long we keep it
Booking and invoice records are kept for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax purposes. Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.
Who we share it with
Our website host and support provider (NWIMS Group, UK), our email provider, and our card payment provider when you pay online. We never sell your information.
Cookies
We only use cookies needed for the site to work — for example to remember the days in your booking while you complete the form. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
